Deposit & Booking Confirmation

A 50% deposit of the estimated cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your event with Waterfront Wines Catering. A signed event contract, along with any changes or deletions is required 14 days prior to the event. Deposits are refundable provided a written notice of cancellation is received by waterfront wines 14 days prior to the event. Cancellation received within 14 to 3 days prior to the event will be subject to a 25% administrative charge

Menu Selection & Guarantees

Final menu selection is required 14 days prior to the event. Guaranteed guest numbers are due upon signing of event contract. Any changes must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to the event. This number will be used for billing purposes unless increased

Staffing & Rental Charges – Off Premise Events

A flat rate charge of $500 will be applied for the requested culinary services of Chef Mark Filatow for all off-premise events
All supplementary kitchen staff will be charged at $25/hour and service staff will be charged at $25/hour, for a minimum of 4 hours, within the Kelowna area
Equipment rental & delivery charges may apply

Service Charges & Taxes

Applicable taxes – 6% Goods and services tax will be applied to the total bill
Where service staff are requested an automatic gratuity of 18% will be applied to the total bill, otherwise a 15% gratuity will apply

Payment

Full payment is required on the evening of the event unless prior arrangements have been made
