With a seasonal approach to all of our events, Chef & Sommelier, Mark Filatow, prefers to custom design a menu to suit every new client. Your menu, after all, should be an expression of your tastes and personality. Mark’s commitment to using fresh, local produce also ensures that each proposal is individual, and a reflection of the seasons of the Okanagan Valley.

To help us prepare the right menu for you, we will need to know a little about your event and your guests. The style of evening will dictate the menu items, as will allergies and any special requests. Our catering consultant will walk you through all of the details to get the menu process started.

Please remember that a custom menu may often take up to two weeks to design, depending on the time of year and the number of events we are currently preparing for. Often we will then go back and forth a few times until every menu item is approved. Your patience is appreciated.
