Ultimately, the success of any event depends greatly on the people involved. Our service staff, both behind the scenes and out front, have been selected for their professionalism, service standards and industry experience. They have chosen to make a career in the service industry, and have a broad knowledge and passion for food and wine. In a business where reputation is extremely important, our staff recognize that there is no room for error, and that our clients expect the best.

Our Chef will recommend the number of kitchen staff required to make your event a success, as all of our food is prepared on premise, to ensure freshness and quality. Our catering consultant will match the right number of serving staff to your needs.

Staffing Rates
Chefs - $25 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Serving Staff - $25 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Event Consultant - $40 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Sommelier Services - $80-$100 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

* For events outside the Kelowna area, travel costs may be incurred. These will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Gratuity
An 18% gratuity will be added to each bill where staff are required
