In the Fall of 2004, Chef & Sommelier Mark Filatow was presented with the opportunity of opening Waterfront Wines Restaurant & Wine Bar. Bringing his considerable experience from places like Diva at the Met, and Tofino’s Wickaninnish Inn, and his preference for using seasonal, local produce, Mark has developed a fresh, continually evolving menu which reflects all that the Okanagan has to offer. His passion for food and wine is obvious, and his commitment to quality unwavering. During the suumer months Mark can been seen early in the morning at the Farmers Markets, supporting local producer. He also generously donates his time to a variety of local charities during the year.
